Spend a lot of your day organizing other people? We're here to help.  Look around.  You'll see that we do one thing and we do it well - the site allows your friends or colleagues to schedule themselves and resources (times, places, shared objects) so that you don't have to!

Step 1. Register 

Create an account on our register page. You'll get invitations to the email addresses you enter. We'll verify your email address so no one can pretend to be you.  SMS messages will be used for reminders and updates soon, too.

Step 2. Create a signup sheet.

Once your account is activated it's time to create your signup sheet. You can create as many as you want and send them out to as many people as you want. You can even make them public so that everyone on signupz.com can see your sheets, if that's what you're looking for.

Sheets can be quite confidential, too. If you want to keep your guest list and reservations private, those are easy options to choose. The sheet will just say, "This slot is occupied." If users request swaps, the whole transaction happens anonymously.

 
Step 3. Grab a coffee and relax. 

Your invitation will be emailed to everyone on your guest list. If the sheet is public, it might appear on our homepage.  Users can sign up, get more info, and swap slots - all without your intervention. So go grab a cup of coffee and put your feet up! 

 

So get started! Register for an account and poke around. It's pretty straightforward, but email us if you have any problems finding your way.  Don't forget to tell that overwrought admin in your department about us, too.
